How the journey is structured
This is an 8-day touring program of moderate intensity, designed for travellers who want to see a wide range of Georgia’s most beautiful places without unnecessary rush. The route is varied and carefully balanced. Some days include scenic drives and mountain landscapes, while others focus on cities, local culture, wine regions, spa towns or the Black Sea coast. Each day combines travel, sightseeing, meals and time to enjoy the atmosphere of the places visited. The program is active, but not exhausting. It is designed to give travellers a complete first impression of Georgia — from its dramatic mountains and ancient monuments to its food, wine, cities and sea.
Accommodation is arranged in carefully selected properties, and all transfers
are provided by private vehicle with driver, making the journey more flexible and comfortable than standard coach-based travel.
Day 1 Kutaisi and the First Taste of Georgia
Arrival in Kutaisi and the beginning of the journey. The program starts with a relaxed introduction to western Georgia, including a visit to a local market — a lively place to discover regional products, seasonal fruit, spices, cheeses, sweets and local specialities. This first day is designed to let travellers settle in and experience Georgia through its everyday atmosphere, flavours and colours.
Day 2 Prometheus Cave and Martvili Canyon
A nature-focused day in western Georgia. The program includes a visit to
Prometheus Cave, known for its impressive underground formations and, where available, a short boat section. The journey continues to Martvili Canyon, with time for a walk and a boat experience among limestone cliffs, clear water and lush vegetation. This day combines light activity, scenic views and the green landscapes of western Georgia.
Day 3
Batumi and the Black Sea coast
Transfer to Batumi, Georgia’s main coastal city and one of the most distinctive places on the Black Sea. The program includes a visit to the Batumi Botanical Garden, beautifully located above the sea, followed by a walk along the seaside boulevard and time to explore the city. This day brings a change of rhythm — coastal atmosphere, subtropical greenery and the energy of Batumi
Day 4
Mtskheta and Tbilisi
A transition from western Georgia towards the historic heart of the country. The program includes Mtskheta, Georgia’s former capital and one of its most important historical and spiritual centres, as well as Jvari Monastery, set above the confluence of two rivers. Arrival in Tbilisi followed by a city walk, offering the first impression of the capital — its old streets, architecture, viewpoints and layered urban character.
Day 5
Georgian Military Highway and Kazbegi
One of the most scenic routes in Georgia. The journey follows the Georgian
Military Highway towards the Greater Caucasus, with stops at Jinvali Reservoir and Ananuri Fortress along the way. Arrival in the Kazbegi area, surrounded by dramatic mountain landscapes. Weather permitting, the program includes views of Mount Kazbek and the Gergeti Trinity Church — one of the most iconic images of Georgia.
Day 6 Borjomi and Bakuriani
A day connecting mountain landscapes with Georgia’s spa traditions. The route leads to Borjomi, one of the country’s best-known spa towns, where the program includes the park and surrounding area. The journey continues to Bakuriani, a mountain resort known for its fresh air, forested setting and more relaxed atmosphere. This day adds a softer, greener mountain element to the program.
Day 7
Vardzia and southern Georgia
A day focused on history, architecture and dramatic landscapes. The program includes Vardzia, the remarkable rock-hewn city carved into the cliffs above the Mtkvari River, as well as Khertvisi Fortress, one of Georgia’s oldest and most striking fortifications. This final full day brings a strong historical conclusion to the journey, showing another side of Georgia beyond the mountains, cities and coast. Farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 8

Time for final purchases of local products, souvenirs, spices or wine. Transfer to the airport and end of the program.
